Our client is a globally recognized leader in high-quality PVC-U products, specializing in window and door systems. They are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient, compliant warehouse management. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you’ll lead a team, manage inventory, and ensure accurate order fulfilment. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and order fulfilment
- Ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders
- Lead and support warehouse staff, including managing labour hire as needed
- Maintain WH&S compliance and drive a strong safety culture
- Unload and load goods safely, including forklift operations
- Conduct stocktakes, manage container receipts, and verify inventory accuracy
- Train and develop staff in warehouse operations, safety, and quality procedures
- Investigate and resolve service failures, damages, or stock discrepancies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to warehouse projects
- Foster a high-energy, team-oriented work environment
- Liaise with customers, transport providers, and key stakeholders
- Maintain high warehouse housekeeping standards and achieve KPIs
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leading and supervising warehouse teams
- Forklift license (LF / LO) and First Aid certificate required
- Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive leadership approach
- Advanced mathematical skills and attention to detail
Desirable Experience
- Experience working with SAP or similar warehouse management systems
- Background in 3PL operations
- Degree in warehousing, logistics, or frontline management
