They are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient, compliant warehouse management. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you’ll lead a team, manage inventory, and ensure accurate order fulfilment. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and order fulfilment
• Ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders
• Lead and support warehouse staff, including managing labour hire as needed
• Maintain WH&S compliance and drive a strong safety culture
• Unload and load goods safely, including forklift operations
• Conduct stocktakes, manage container receipts, and verify inventory accuracy
• Train and develop staff in warehouse operations, safety, and quality procedures
• Investigate and resolve service failures, damages, or stock discrepancies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to warehouse projects
• Foster a high-energy, team-oriented work environment
• Liaise with customers, transport providers, and key stakeholders
• Maintain high warehouse housekeeping standards and achieve KPIs

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 3 years of experience in leading and supervising warehouse teams
• Forklift license (LF / LO) and First Aid certificate required
• Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive leadership approach
• Advanced mathematical skills and attention to detail

Desirable Experience

• Experience working with SAP or similar warehouse management systems
• Background in 3PL operations
• Degree in warehousing, logistics, or frontline management
