As we expand, we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team and take charge of optimising operations, enhancing team morale, and ensuring accuracy in every aspect of our logistics.

Role Overview

The Warehouse Manager will oversee all warehouse operations, working both strategically and hands-on with our small team. This role requires a detail-oriented leader with a strong background in warehouse management, inventory control, and process development. The ideal candidate will bring experience in Shopify Plus, Netsuite, and Deputy, enabling them to step in with minimal training and drive immediate improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations Management – Oversee receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

• Process & Efficiency Improvement – Implement and refine procedures to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline workflows.

• Software & Systems Oversight – Utilize and manage Shopify Plus, Netsuite, and Deputy to ensure accurate inventory tracking and smooth operations.

• Inventory Control & Accuracy – Ensure precise handling of serialized, high-value products, maintaining strict quality control and accountability.

• Team Leadership & Training – Lead, mentor, and train staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

• Performance Monitoring – Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance warehouse productivity.

• Workplace Morale & Culture – Create a positive and engaging work environment that motivates the team.

• Safety & Compliance – Ensure all warehouse activities meet workplace safety and compliance standards.

• Flexible Work Approach – Manage a full-time schedule, with occasional overtime as required to meet operational demands.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience in Warehouse Management, with a track record of driving operational efficiency and improving processes.

• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach—leading by example rather than authority.

• Familiarity with Shopify Plus, Netsuite, and Deputy (preferred but not essential).

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.

• Ability to create and implement training programs and procedural documentation for future employees.

• Strong work ethic, dependability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
