CLEAR Dog Treats are a leading eCommerce business devoted to providing all natural, single ingredient Australian dog treats at affordable prices. Under our own brand, we supply the largest range of natural dog treats in Australia to a growing customer base in retail and wholesale, both in Australia and overseas. The CLEAR brand has a decades long history within the pet industry.

This hands on role reports directly to the owner and is to primarily ensure the efficient and smooth day to day running of our warehouse and the fulfillment team. We strive to have a relaxed but energetic environment. If you love dogs you will fit in nicely!

Tasks mainly include but are not limited to:

• Manage, train and appraise a warehouse team of 6-8 people
• Quality control
• Receive, check-off, and store goods and manage stock rotation
• Assist customer service with support requests
• Maintain, update and create workflows to maximise efficiency
• Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimisation.
• Report on the effectiveness of warehousing activities
• Assist the team with orders when time permits

This role has a reasonable level of autonomy reporting to an off-site manager. To be successful in this role, the following skills are expected:

• Experience in warehouse management, supervision or leading a team in order fulfillment or similar
• Some proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a small team
• Experience analysing and improving workflows for efficiency
• Confidence using software applications from freight tools, picking software, workflow tools through to office tools such as excel and word or similar
• Forklift license and confident shifting pallets as part of daily stock rotation
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
