Our client, a successful global $3BN+ revenue company in the hospitality industry, is seeking a Sustainable Sourcing Manager to drive ethical, responsible, and environmentally conscious procurement practices. The Sustainable Sourcing Manager will focus on integrating sustainability principles into the company’s global supply chain. This individual will work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and industry partners to ensure ethical sourcing, reduce environmental impact, and drive sustainable procurement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with the company’s sustainability goals and procurement objectives.
• Conduct supplier assessments, audits, and due diligence processes to ensure responsible sourcing and compliance with ethical standards.
• Work with suppliers to improve sustainability performance, identifying opportunities for carbon reduction, waste minimization, and resource efficiency.
• Lead sustainability initiatives, collaborating with internal stakeholders such as procurement, operations, and ESG teams to embed best practices across the supply chain.
• Analyze and interpret sustainability data, track supplier compliance, and prepare reports to inform decision-making and progress toward sustainability targets.
• Stay informed about evolving regulations, industry standards, and emerging trends in sustainable procurement.
• Engage with external partners, NGOs, and industry groups to enhance sustainability frameworks and drive continuous improvement.

What you will need:

• Experience in procurement, supply chain, or sustainability, ideally within a corporate, FMCG, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of responsible sourcing principles, ethical supply chain management, and sustainability frameworks.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage, influence, and collaborate across different functions.
• Passion for sustainability and a track record of implementing initiatives that deliver measurable impact.
