Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, schedule, and manage content management strategies across all our digital / print marketing channels that promote our values, projects, events and services.
- Ensure consistent branding across print and online platforms.
- Analyse and report on marketing performance.
- Plan and execute innovative ways to generate leads to drive website traffic, and increase subscribers, audience, and participants
- Optimise campaign performance using analytics, segmentation, and CRM tools.
- Ensure website content is kept up to date and reflects the Centre’s current activities and offerings.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring the efficiency of resources.
- Work closely with the team to align marketing efforts with organisational goals.
Selection Criteria
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing across social media management, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
- A proven track record in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta, SEO, and Email Marketing.
- Strong analytical skills in tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Return on Investment (ROI)
- Strong content creation skills including graphic design, photography, and video production.
- Experience with Adobe Suite, Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp and WordPress will be highly beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
