About the Role:

• Digital Marketing & Lead Generation: Lead the creation and implementation of targeted digital marketing strategies to generate new leads and enhance customer engagement.
• Content Creation: Capture dynamic and engaging content through photography and video, showcasing our team in action and creating educational material that resonates with our audience.
• Campaign Analysis & Optimization: Use data insights to analyze and refine marketing campaigns, ensuring they are impactful and continuously improving.
• EDM Campaigns: Develop and manage engaging email campaigns to keep our community informed and drive customer engagement through regular updates on new products and promotions.
• Website Management: Oversee and manage website updates to ensure content is fresh, in line with brand messaging, and aligned with current promotions.
• Collaborative Strategy & Innovation: Work with the team to brainstorm and develop new marketing initiatives that elevate the brand and attract new clients.
• Idea Generation: Continuously seek fresh marketing strategies to raise brand awareness and draw in new customers.
• Brand Building & Content Management: Take ownership of developing and maintaining the WA Glass Pet Doors brand across all digital platforms, ensuring consistency and creativity in all messaging.

• Digital Marketing Pro: You have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies across social media, email marketing, and content marketing, with hands-on experience executing them effectively.
• Strategic Thinker: You excel at developing and executing marketing plans that align with business goals and connect with the target audience.
• Brand Guardian: You maintain a consistent, cohesive brand identity across all marketing materials and platforms.
• Data-Driven: You’re skilled at using analytics tools to track performance, measure success, and continuously optimize campaigns for better results.
