We are on the hunt for a highly reactive and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead and execute our clients global social media strategy across multiple platforms.

The role itself will manage all social media accounts, cultivate brand storytelling, drive customer engagement, and align with overall marketing and sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative and engaging social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Lead content creation and editorial planning, working closely with the design and creative teams to produce compelling visuals, copy, and videos that align with brand values and resonate with diverse global audiences.
  • Monitor and manage daily interactions with followers, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute global social media campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and voice across regions.
  • Track, analyse, and report on social media performance, including engagement rates, impressions, traffic, and ROI. Use data to optimise campaigns and improve overall strategy.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices, and recommend new opportunities to enhance the brand's presence.
  • Work closely with influencers, brand ambassadors, and strategic partners to amplify social media campaigns and drive brand advocacy.
  • Ensure social media strategies are consistent across different markets while adapting content to fit local cultural nuances and preferences.

You will ideally have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within the fashion, lifestyle, or retail and a proven track record of growing social media communities and driving engagement across multiple platforms.

This role would suit someone with strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics), and content management systems, as well as impeccable writing, editing, and communication skills.
