SBA is looking for experienced and quality-focused individuals, able to act as the first point of contact for our valuable members of First Super. Working in the Member Service Centre, the service that you provide will be via inbound member calls, that provides legislative and product information, as well as some administrative tasks. With the focus on providing quality customer service to members and not keeping to call time minimums, this is a call centre with a difference. Training will be provided on commencement, with ongoing support and learning opportunities throughout your time in the Member Service Centre.

• Successful candidates should have the following skills, experience and attributes.
• RG146 or similar qualification is highly desirable (or willing to study)
• A solid background in customer service and call centre administration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of superannuation is required
• A passion for providing quality focused outcomes to members and the team
• A self-starter who is highly motivated and adaptable to change
