What will you do?
You will:
- answer customer queries and product order quotes over the phone and email
- develop technical product knowledge to be able to service customer needs and identify sales opportunities
- build relationships with customers by providing services in a friendly and timely manner
- present prices and terms in accordance within company policy
- collaborate with internal stakeholders including production, marketing, warehouse and sales departments to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met - including product specifications, and delivery timetable
- proactively recommend products to customers, up sell and cross sell products to increase sales and customer satisfaction
More about You
With a strong customer focus and willingness to grow and develop yourself in the role you will bring:
- Automotive parts interpretation experience is preferable but not essential
- experience working in a customer service environment
- high attention to detail and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- confidence to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
- basic knowledge with Microsoft office and a willingness to undergo relevant training
- initiative-taking and driven individual who has solid mechanical and/or parts experience (beyond retail)
- You will take pride in delivering exceptional customer service in all aspects of your role, working closely with the National Customer Service Manager and other team members to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- As part of a team you are willing to pitch in and help where needed and are enthusiastic about customer service. You would possess solid written and verbal communication skills with sound time management skills.
- Your ability and willingness to learn will be critical to your ongoing development.
