We’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join the dynamic LANDATA® team at SERV. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting with title related inquiries, and gaining insight into property information, land titles, and our customers.

About the role

The LANDATA® team within SERV is responsible for delivering property information, including title, survey, valuation and property sales, property certificates, and planning certificates, through our online service and network of data information brokers.

We are looking for someone to join the team as a Customer Service Officer. In this role, you will be providing exceptional customer service, primarily over the phone via the LANDATA® call centre, as well as online customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support via phone (inbound and outbound) and email in a high-volume environment
  • Build rapport and work collaboratively with customers and team members across SERV
  • Assist the LANDATA® team with administrative tasks, including data entry, maintaining spreadsheets, databases and related processing activities
  • Consistently meet and exceed objectives, such as OKRs (Objectives & Key Results)
  • Manage pressure effectively while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude for our customers

The Finer Details

  • Role Type(s): 1 x 12-month Max Term, Full-Time, 1 x 6-month Max Term, Full time
  • Salary: Base $61,970 plus 11.5% Super
  • Work arrangements: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm, in a hybrid environment, Monday and Friday at home, if desired
  • Required Start Date: 24th February 2025

About You

To be successful in this role, you must also have:

  • A demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service with strong rapport-building skills
  • Experience with inbound and outbound call centres managing customer enquiries in a professional and confident manner
  • An ability to work collaboratively to meet team objectives
  • A high level of competency in managing administrative tasks like data entry and process management with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Customer service experience that demonstrates adaptability across multiple service channels (phone, email, web chat) while maintaining efficiency
  • Experience handling a high-volume of enquiries while multitask effectively
  • Tech savvy with a proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Property experience and passion is a bonus!
