Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Assist customers with product orders, technical support, and product information.
• Preparation of quotations, submissions and follow up.
• Processing of Sales Orders from order entry, dispatch to invoicing.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, and technical support) to provide excellent customer service.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a technical or industrial setting (Construction or related industries) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with customers in a clear and understandable way.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Positive and professional attitude.
