About This Opportunity
This position supports the Administration Student Reception with phone enquiries and visitors to St Brigid’s Student Services and is responsible for delivering a friendly, efficient, confidential and professional service to students and visitors.
- Part-time, term-time, fixed-term
- Contract ending Friday 18 July 2025
- Preferred start 5 March 2025
- Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 3.30 pm (35 hours per week)
- Hourly base rate $35.9079 - $37.0368 + 12.75% superannuation + leave loading
As the appointment is a term-time only position, working term-time plus 3 weeks (approximately 40 weeks), all non-term times are taken as leave without pay other than the period of annual leave, which is taken during the Christmas school holiday period.

About You
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, yet with a proven ability to work unsupervised
- A high degree of attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise effectively
- Demonstrated strong level of communication and interpersonal skills when relating to employees, students and the wider College Community
- High level of competency and confidence in using a personal computer and relevant software packages eg Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional conduct.
