This position is responsible for the provision of highly effective and customer focused internal and external reception, communications and administration tasks.

About you

We are looking for a professional, positive and energetic individual with extensive experience in administration support and managing a high intake of calls whilst maintaining a high-quality service.

The Role

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Provide high quality customer service including front desk reception and telecommunications
  • Undertake a range of tasks including photocopying, filing, general administration duties and assisting with event planning
  • Maintain stationery, kitchen and other required consumables and resources
  • Complete Building Inductions for staff if requested
  • Assist with the accurate use and set up of technology in meeting room spaces as required
  • Assist staff with the booking of Wanslea office meeting rooms and required changes/rescheduling
  • Assist the Quality team with administration tasks as required
  • Work closely with the reception administration and quality teams to ensure that all processing timeframes are met
  • Work collaboratively with the Wanslea reception administration team on all identified administrative requirements
  • Build and maintain internal relationships within business areas

You will also need to:

  • Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional front desk reception and telecommunications
  • Demonstrated experience in providing efficient administrative support
  • Strong computer literacy skills in a variety of Windows based applications
  • Demonstrated general office skills and experience
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proven organisational and time management skills
  • Capacity to be flexible and adaptive to changing workplace requirements
  • Sound understanding of Workplace Health and Safety
  • Current Working with Children Card
  • Current satisfactory National Police Clearance
  • Current WA ‘C’ Class driver’s licence
