About the Role
In this role, you'll work within a collaborative team, reporting to a highly supportive Payroll Manager. You will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring a high level of service to all stakeholders. This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, results-driven, and eager to succeed. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Process end-to-end payroll
• Manage leave calculations, long service leave, maternity, and parental leave
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
• Handle terminations and redundancies
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries and manage the payroll inbox

Skills and Experience:

• Experience working in a large, complex payroll environment
• Familiarity with Chris21 and/or large payroll systems is highly desirable
• Proven ability to handle end-to-end payroll
• Understanding of EBAs and Awards
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal), with a focus on customer service
• Ability to manage pressure and develop work plans to meet deadlines
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach
