The Opportunity
This is a short-term but impactful opportunity for an experienced Aurion Payroll Officer to step in and provide immediate support for a short term contract.
You will play a key role in managing end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

The Role
As an Aurion Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and efficient payroll services, supporting compliance requirements, and advising on payroll-related matters.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and processing end-to-end payroll on a fortnightly basis
- Conducting quality control checks and ensuring accurate payroll outputs
- Ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and employment agreements
- Providing payroll advice to employees and managers on remuneration, conditions of employment, and HR policies
- Investigating and resolving complex payroll issues
- Maintaining accurate payroll records and electronic documentation
- Managing sensitive and confidential payroll information with discretion
The Ideal Person
You are a payroll professional with strong experience using Aurion and a solid understanding of payroll legislation, policies, and best practices.
Your ability to quickly adapt, work autonomously, and deliver accurate payroll services in a fast-paced environment will be critical to success in this role.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, as you will be required to liaise with managers and employees on payroll matters.
Salary / Rate
- $55/hr - $65/hr + Super
- Short term labour hire contract
