What is unique about you?

As an experienced Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by providing essential administrative support. Your excellent organisational skills will ensure you can manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and make travel arrangements for team members efficiently. You have great attention to detail and feel confident preparing reports, presentations, and documentation, as well as managing team expenses and ensuring that all records are up to date.

In addition to your strong administrative skills, you will be responsible for front-of-house reception meaning you are well presented and in the office every day. You are approachable and professional, able to greet visitors, answer calls, and create a welcoming environment. As someone who is proactive, you are competent in the booking of meeting rooms, ensuring they are always ready for use. As a dynamic individual, you’ll support the team with ad-hoc tasks and work well under pressure to help the team meet deadlines and maintain operational efficiency.

A snapshot of your role….

  • Be the face of the company, greeting visitors with a positive, professional attitude and delivering a 5-star experience at the front-of-house reception.
  • Take charge of ensuring all meeting rooms are spotless, perfectly booked, and allocated to the right teams, keeping the office organised and ready for success.
  • Provide essential support to the team during busy times, from preparing impactful board packs to tackling a variety of ad-hoc tasks as a key member of the team.
  • Oversee office essentials with precision, including stocking stationery, managing catering for meetings, ensuring printing supplies are always ready, and coordinating express post/courier deliveries.
  • Keep both kitchens stocked and organised, assist with lunch runs, and make sure everything runs smoothly so the team stays energised and focused throughout the day.
