We have a fantastic opportunity to join a professional services firm where you'll become an integral part of a genuine, down to earth team.
Part of your time will be spent at reception, working alongside the current receptionist to welcome clients and provide exceptional front of house service whilst the remainder of time will involve administrative tasks in the back office, allowing you to focus and use your organisational skills.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Based on Reception for part of your day, assisting the current Receptionist for overflow client management
- Provide administrative support to the Directors and Accountants within the business
- Diary management/manage client appointments
- Assist in organising staff/client functions
- Prepare client correspondence and invoices
- ATO and ASIC liaison and lodgement (training will be provided)
- Liaise with clients and send required paperwork
- Assist with debtor emails/follow up
- Maintain client database
- Use of MSOffice
- Order office supplies, stationery and the like
- Mail and couriers
- Ad hoc administrative tasks

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
- Proven Admin or Reception experience
- Solid skills in MSOffice
- High attention to detail essential and take pride in your work
- Seeking stability and longevity in a role
- Team player attitude
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both staff and clients!
