We are on the look-out for an experienced, enthusiastic, and friendly individual to join their team as a full-time Receptionist.

Key Duties:

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for their busy law firm. The key duties and responsibilities include;

• Answering and directing phone calls to appropriate legal staff.
• Greeting clients and visitors to the office.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Handling incoming/outgoing mail.
• Assist with document preparation/filing.
• Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth office operations.
• General Receptionist duties.
  

What You Will Bring:

• Previous experience as a Receptionist in a legal or healthcare environment.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office, Outlook and Leap (desirable).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• High attention to detail.
