Easy Drinks is an exciting business aiming to simplify and improve the $970million online B2C Liquor retail experience for the end user. Easy Drinks is a founder led business with a deep understanding of all aspects of the national liquor industry, consumer trends and future appetites.

Your impact

Day-to-day management of operations across the business as the central pivot point between our Sales, Operations, Logistics Partners, Customer Experience, IT and Finance teams. Reporting to the Founder (Managing Director).

What you can you achieve:

• Work with the MD on setting and implementing vision, culture operational plans and future personnel charting
• Develop and articulate strategic plans into actionable and measurable goals
• Provide leadership to the organisation that aligns with the company vision and business plan
• Work closely with the management team to implement and roll out plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems and company policies
• Build a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members thrive and are developed

How are you going to do it?

• Recruit, onboard, manage, mentor, motivate and develop team members
• Identify and implement areas of process enhancement
• Monitor organisational performance via KPI’s, monthly performance reviews
• Develop and take full ownership of all business systems, processes, procedures
• Ongoing “belly to belly” interaction and monthly presentations to the management team

Why is it going to be you?

• Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration / Management.
• Beverage experience and passion for the industry
• Min 3-year Online Retail experience.inc 3rd party retailers such as Uber
• Min 3 years’ experience in senior executive leadership positions
• Strong team leadership experience and the ability to build a committed, engaged and happy team
• Experience in working in businesses with IT product development teams
• Strong computer skills
• High level of proficiency reporting software
• Outstanding time management and leadership qualities
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues
• Self-motivated, driven and ability to work autonomously
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong critical thinking, initiative, decision-making and problem-solving skills
