Job Summary:

Gilders Transport and Logistics is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable to join our team at Warwick Farm, Sydney. This is a permanent full-time position. An immediate start is available.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Assist with Accounts Payable tasks
• Verify, process, and approve invoices
• Manage pay runs, expense claims, and vendor database
• Perform reconciliations and assist with month-end reporting
• Resolve queries and liaise with stakeholders
• Liaising with Customers and Suppliers
• Other ad-hoc administration tasks as required

The ideal candidate has the following attributes:

• Exceptional communication, organisational and time management skills
• A proven track record in a similar role
• Accounting/Finance/Business qualification
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Well-rounded team player who is always looking for improvement
• Someone who will thrive in a busy environment and is comfortable with multitasking
• Proficient Microsoft Office and computer skills
• Advanced skills using MYOB accounting software
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
