Key responsibilities:

 Financial Oversight: Collaborate with BGMs to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with deadlines.

 Data Analysis & Forecasting: Analyse trends and predict customer behaviour to help branches meet profit and revenue targets.

 Department Leadership: Manage the Administration Department to ensure accurate accounts and daily target achievement.

 Staff Performance: Ensure staff efficiency and quality standards are met through data-driven performance management.

 Team Management: Oversee recruitment, training, and performance feedback to maintain required team standards.

About you:

· Previous experience in managing both AP and AR teams.

· Proven experience as a Finance / Accounting Manager working across Australian and American returns / reporting

· CPA/CA Qualified

· Ability to develop frameworks for accurate reporting to aid decision-making and profitability.

· Ability to create and maintain processes for efficient and compliant financial tasks.

· Excellent communication - able to build relationships and manage conversations around financial performance issues.
