Our client, is an industrial services business that is committed to providing high-quality equipment solutions to clients, ensuring efficiency and reliability. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations and lead a small finance team.

Position
This is a hands-on role responsible for month-end processes, payroll, financial reporting, and the overall integrity of financial operations. The successful candidate will manage a finance team of four—two based in Sydney and two in the Philippines.

Profile
You will be ideally, CPA or CA qualification preferred with proven experience as a Finance Manager, preferably in a mid-sized business.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, payroll, and month-end procedures.
• Experience managing and leading a small finance team.
• Proficiency in general ERP systems
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and problem solvig ability.

Benefits
$510-550 per day + super. Based ideally at Shepparton site.
3-4 months contract initally, possible longer term.
