About East Wimmera Health Service
East Wimmera Health Service (EWHS) is a vibrant, fully accredited, multi-campus health service situated in the north-west of Victoria, striving to 'Cultivate Healthy Communities'. EWHS encompasses the townships of Birchip, Charlton, Donald, St Arnaud and Wycheproof. EWHS has a total population of approximately 10,000 people. EWHS offer acute and aged care services at all five sites with a renal Dialysis Service at the Donald Campus. In addition, our community based services include Dietetics, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Aged Care Assessment Services, Post-Acute Care, and Hospice services.
