Sunshine Coast council’s Vision is Australia’s most sustainable region. Our focus is to enable an outstanding quality of life for our residents with an accessible, well-built environment. This motivates us to think about the way we work and the impact our decisions have on our community and environment. We’re transforming from regional center to regional city with over 8000 people moving to the region each year. We expect the region to over 500,000 residents by 2041. As one of the fastest growing regions in Australia (and a delivery partner in the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games), we’re excited about the opportunities this will bring for our growing community.
