What you'll be doing

Managing end-to-end client service across a HNW portfolio

Partnering with advisers on advice prep, implementation and follow-up

Handling provider liaison, ROA prep and client documentation

Delivering smooth onboarding and consistent, high-quality service

Contributing to process improvement as the firm scales

What you'll bring

Solid experience as a CSM or Client Services Officer in financial planning

Good working knowledge of industry processes, documentation and compliance

Strong communication skills and an organised, proactive approach

A genuine interest in client care not just ticking boxes
