As an Event Executive, you’ll oversee the end-to-end execution of events, from securing new business to ensuring flawless on-ground operations. This role requires a blend of sales, event planning, logistics management, and client servicing to deliver impactful activations and roadshows.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in events, activations, and brand experiences.
Develop and submit tenders, proposals, and sales pitches to secure event projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
Event Planning & Operations
Conceptualize, plan, and execute 360° event experiences aligned with client objectives.
Oversee event logistics, including venue coordination, supplier management, and equipment tracking.
Manage event setup, teardown, and transport to ensure seamless execution.
Ensure all on-site operations run smoothly, resolving challenges proactively.
Lead and supervise event staff, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly communicated.
Train and guide event crew to maintain high-quality service and efficiency.
Provide feedback and continuous improvements to enhance future event experiences.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in event management, sales, or logistics.
Strong sales and business development mindset with experience in tenders and proposals.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, outgoing, and proactive in managing client relationships and event execution.
