About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team. While previous solar sales experience is highly regarded, it is not essential. Candidates must, however, have 1–2 years of proven sales experience to be considered.

This role is well-suited to driven professionals who want to maximise their earning potential. We offer multiple pay structure options, including uncapped commissions, with many of our current team members earn $130k+, with top performers exceeding $180k+ per year.

What We Are Looking For

Candidates must demonstrate the following:

Strong customer service and follow-up skills

Excellent attention to detail

Professional presentation and confidence with face-to-face consultations

A valid WA driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Australian citizenship or permanent residency

Strong computer literacy and confidence using CRM systems

Key Responsibilities

Attending pre-qualified and confirmed in-home appointments (No cold calling!)

Assessing customer energy needs and recommending tailored solar solutions through Pylon

Conducting follow-ups and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers

Managing sales processes through CRM systems (Hubspot)

Contributing to a high-performance, goal-driven culture
