About The Opportunity
This role puts you at the centre of Australia's shift to renewable energy, helping customers move to tailored solar and battery solutions that make a real difference. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting consultations with potential customers to assess energy needs and recommend tailored solar and battery solutions
- Converting warm, quality leads into sales via phone consultations, in-home visits, and calls
- Educating clients on the financial and environmental benefits of solar and battery storage
- Preparing and presenting detailed solar system proposals
- Working independently to achieve sales targets and maximise your earnings
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in solar sales, renewable energy, or a similar consultative sales role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach
- A self-motivated, results-driven attitude and the ability to manage your own schedule
- A current Driver's Licence
- Experience using CRM systems to track leads and sales (preferred)
