The Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in generating new business opportunities and building relationships with prospective clients across mid-market and enterprise organisations.

This is a true hunter-style role, suited to someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by achieving results.

You'll receive structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and mentorship from experienced sales leaders, with a clear pathway into a Business Development Manager or Account Management role.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
• Engage with decision-makers across mid-market and enterprise organisations
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand business needs and identify opportunities
• Qualify prospects and schedule high-quality meetings for the Business Development team
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent activity
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track pipeline activity
