The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and driven Associate Adviser to join a growing team of experienced financial professionals.
Working closely with Senior Advisers, you will play an integral role in supporting the delivery of high-quality financial planning and investment advice. This position is ideal for someone looking to further their career within wealth management and gain exposure to all aspects of the advice process.
You will assist with client engagement, strategy implementation, portfolio administration, and preparation of advice documentation, ensuring clients receive a seamless and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support to Advisers across financial planning and investment activities
Prepare for client meetings, including research, analysis, and documentation
Assist with the implementation of financial strategies and investment recommendations
Produce and maintain high-quality client records and advice documentation
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up and service delivery
Support ongoing portfolio management and review processes
Contribute to a positive team environment focused on client excellence
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
1–2 years' experience in a Client Services Officer, Associate Adviser, Paraplanner, or similar role within financial planning
A tertiary qualification in Financial Planning, Commerce, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Advanced organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, team-oriented approach with a strong commitment to client service
