About the role
Maximize profits from hot-rolled plate (HRP), long products and slab sourced mainly from Southeast-Asian and Chinese mills.
Key responsibilities
Trading Japan mill HRP with Singapore Stockists and Traders
Supplying ERSS contractors in Singapore through multiple suppliers
Trading HRP, long products and slab to overseas customers in Southeast Asia, Australia, India as well as remote markets in Middle East, Europe North & South America
About you
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or related field
Solid product knowledge: Hot Roll Plate, Rebar/Sections, Slabs; ERSS familiarity is a plus
Strong numeracy for cost sheets, FX and freight calculations
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Willingness and ability to travel when required for business purposes
