With average client fees of approximately $20,000 and predominantly wholesale clients, the focus is on building deep, long-term relationships and delivering highly strategic financial advice.

You will step into a position where clients value expertise, trust your recommendations and are genuinely engaged in their financial future. The work is complex, rewarding and centred around helping successful people make informed decisions about their wealth.

You will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, providing holistic financial advice and identifying opportunities to further strengthen client outcomes. Supported by an experienced team, you will have the freedom to focus on delivering exceptional advice without the distractions often found in larger or more transactional businesses.

The Role

Manage and develop relationships with sophisticated high-net-worth clients

Deliver comprehensive financial advice across wealth creation, retirement, superannuation, investment and estate planning

Conduct strategic review meetings and ongoing advice discussions

Develop tailored solutions aligned to each client's objectives

Work closely with a high-performing support team to deliver an exceptional client experience

Experienced and qualified Financial Adviser with a strong track record managing affluent clients

Comfortable working with complex client situations and sophisticated strategies

Professional, polished and relationship-driven

Strong technical and compliance knowledge

Passionate about delivering high-quality advice and service
