About the Role
We are looking for Health Coaches to support a national wellness programme focused on helping individuals build healthier lifestyles. This is a meaningful, people-focused role with no sales targets, ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and promoting well-being in the community.
Summary
Monday to Friday, 8am to 530pm
Basic up $2500 + transport allowance $100
Islandwide Singapore (Hawker Centre)
HPB programme until end Dec 2026 (Subjected to extension)
No experience needed, training provided
Job Scope:
Conduct basic health assessments (body metrics, blood pressure)
Facilitate 1-to-1 coaching sessions to understand client goals
Provide simple, practical guidance on nutrition and physical activity
Encourage and motivate clients to adopt healthier habits
Record and update client information accurately in the system
Ensure professionalism and positive engagement with participants
Requirement:
Basic understanding of health metrics and wellness principles
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable engaging and motivating individuals
