A new opportunity has been created for an experienced Client Services Manager/Adviser Assistant to join a leading Financial Planning practice located in Canberra. As a growing practice, the team are focused on delivering a professional and tailored service to their clients. The position will provide you with the opportunity to learn and develop your skills within a professional environment, supporting the Advisers whilst assisting clients in person, email and telephone.
In this role, you will:
Support the Senior Adviser to ensure the delivery of advice is met within required deadlines.
Prepare meeting documentation and reports for client meetings
Assist in maintaining client data and records
Prepare applications and assist with the implementation of advice
Liaise with clients to assist with their inquiries.
Display a high level of attention to detail in the preparation of all work.
Communicate effectively with Advisors, clients, and the team
Preparation of RoA document.
The ideal applicant will have:
Previous experience within a similar position ideally within Financial Planning or Financial Services, managing administrative tasks accurately with high attention to detail.
A solid work ethic, reliable and able to work autonomously.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and people skills
The ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Willingness to learn and be part of a great team culture.
