About the Opportunity

As the Adviser Support / Associate Adviser, you'll become the trusted second-in-command to a senior Financial Adviser, gaining exposure to every stage of the advice process while building the skills and confidence required to manage your own clients.

Rather than being limited to administration, you'll actively participate in client meetings, strategy discussions and ongoing advice delivery, giving you practical experience that will accelerate your development.

The business also embraces modern technology and AI-driven efficiencies, allowing you to spend more time learning, developing client relationships and focusing on higher-value work.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting an experienced Financial Adviser with day-to-day client management

Sitting in on client meetings and progressively becoming more involved in advice discussions

Assisting with strategy implementation and ongoing client servicing

Preparing for annual reviews and client meetings

Liaising with clients and product providers

Assisting with research and advice preparation

Managing follow-up actions from client meetings

Working closely with the wider advice team to deliver exceptional client outcomes

Building the technical and relationship skills required to become a Financial Adviser

About You

We're looking for someone who is ambitious, personable and genuinely passionate about building a long-term career in financial planning.

You'll ideally have:

Experience working within a financial planning practice

Experience supporting Financial Advisers, Associate Advisers or Client Service teams

Exposure to Xplan or similar CRM software

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

A genuine desire to become a Financial Adviser

Relevant financial planning studies (completed or underway) will be highly regarded
