Role Profile:

As an internal sales consultant you will be a key player in driving Knightsbridge’s next phase of Growth. You will respond to inbound enquiries and conduct outbound activities to identify and cultivate new client relationships in the mental health and correctional sectors. You will also work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategic initiatives to achieve strong sales growth.

Reporting to:

Sales Manager

What you will be responsible for:

Inbound Sales – Primary Focus

Responding to all customer enquiries that come in via phone, email and website

Conduct outreach calls to nurture top of funnel leads into quoting opportunities

Consult with inbound enquiries to help unearth the client’s problem and advise successful solutions.

Forensically follow up of all enquiries to maximize quote conversion rate.

Conduct ongoing account management activities to key accounts and select markets

Ruthlessly manage your time and delegate non-value add tasks

Outbound Sales – Secondary Focus

Carry out research to uncover projects in the mental health/correctional space

Conduct a high volume of cold calls to discover the key personnel directing these projects and book the initial F2F appointment with Knightsbridge’s field consultants
