We’re looking for confident and motivated individuals to join our Telesales Team. No telesales experience? No problem — full training and call scripts will be provided!

What You’ll Do

Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company

Speak with potential clients and introduce our services based on the provided script

Follow up with interested leads and arrange appointments for the manager

Build good rapport and communicate confidently with different types of customers

Keep accurate records of calls, follow-ups and appointment schedules

Update daily call activity and share feedback on customer responses

Support the team with general telesales and customer engagement activities

What We’re Looking For

Diploma, GCE ‘A’ Level or equivalent qualification preferred

Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsible, motivated and able to follow instructions

Comfortable speaking with people from different backgrounds

Able to work independently while being a good team player
