$27/hr + up to $200/day bonus | Part-Time | Bella Vista Head Office
We're looking for confident communicators to join our sales & enrolments team at Alpha One Coaching College, Sydney's leading small-class tutoring centre. If you enjoy phone-based work, take pride in great customer service, and are driven by performance, this is the role for you.
π What You'll Do
As a Sales & Enrolment Representative, you'll:
Call parents who've enquired about our tutoring programs
Book students into free trial classes
Follow up with leads and send confirmations
Support families with re-enrolment or retention calls
Maintain enrolment records in our internal system
Your work directly helps students get the exam preparation they need.
π° What You'll Get
$27/hr base rate (plus weekend loading rates if applicable), plus performance bonuses up to $200/day
2β3 weekday/weekend shifts (MonβFri, 9:30amβ5:30pm/Sat-Sun, 11:30am-7:30pm)

Experience in sales, customer service or education is welcome β but not required.
