An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Paraplanner to join a well-established and rapidly growing national financial services business.

With continued growth across the financial planning division, we are seeking a technically strong professional who enjoys producing high-quality advice documentation and working collaboratively within a client-focused team.

About the role:

Work closely with Financial Advisers and the broader advice team, you will be responsible for preparing compliant advice documents and supporting the delivery of high-quality financial planning services to clients.

We are open to an Associate with strong understanding on strategy and experience with paraplanning.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare Statements of Advice (SOAs) for new and existing clients
• Ensure advice documents are completed accurately and within required timeframes
• Maintain a strong understanding of financial planning legislation, compliance requirements, and technical advice strategies
• Collaborate with Advisers and support staff to deliver an exceptional client experience
• Assist in maintaining technical standards across the advice team

Experience:

• 3+ years experience as a paraplanner in a financial planning firm;
• Experience working with complex strategies and HNW clients (SMSFs, Family Trusts, Shares, Risk, etc)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (word / excel / outlook)
• Strong communication skills
• Must have full Australian work-rights to apply
