HVAC - BDM SALES REPRESENTATIVE

The Client:

Has been established for a long time, manufacturing sheet metal exhaust ventilation products for a variety of industries, and is seeking an experienced BDM/Sales Representative - HVAC/ Ventilation to develop and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors and end users.

HVAC / Ductwork industry experience is necessary for this role.

Australian permanent residency or citizenship is required.

A Certificate or Diploma qualification in Engineering would be advantageous.

Must have HVAC / Ductwork Manufacturing experience.

The Role:

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be hands-on, customer-facing, and provide technical expertise to achieve sales targets.

You will take responsibility to identify growth, new opportunities and close sales.

Work with the internal team by preparing and submitting quotations and tenders.

Have a good understanding of ductwork, fans, filters and custom sheet metal fabrication.

Regular use of software packages such as CRM plus others.

Mentor and lead by example all team members to achieve positive outcomes.

The need is for someone with a passion for HVAC, and your experience would be from the HVAC / Ductwork industry with good knowledge of manufacturing ventilation products.

It is a small, close-knit team, so the role requires someone to be able to work independently.

Qualifications / Experience:

Knowledge of manufacturing HVAC / Ductwork / Ventilation products.

Have experience of the B2B environment.

Good all-round experience in sales management.

You:

Have lots of energy and drive.

Are not a clock watcher.

Enjoy promoting and selling.

Really understand HVAC and Ductwork fabrication.
