Be part of one of Darwin's biggest sporting events as Australia takes on Bangladesh in the Test Match from 13-17 August. We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable casual staff to help deliver an exceptional experience for cricket fans attending this exciting international event.

About the role

As part of our event team, you may be responsible for:

• Welcoming patrons as they arrive
• Scanning tickets and assisting with venue entry
• Providing directions and event information
• Assisting with crowd flow and seating
• Selling tickets where required
• Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the event

What we're looking for

• Excellent face-to-face customer service skills and a friendly, approachable attitude
• Professional presentation and strong communication skills
• POS (Point of Sale) experience or transferable customer service experience
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
• Availability to work during the Australia v Bangladesh Test Match from 13-17 August, including early starts, evenings and weekends if required
