What you’ll be doing

• A full-time role in-office at Chermside
• Speak with customers on the phone, helping them understand and choose the right cover
• Follow scripts and call flows while learning how to guide real conversations confidently
• Read and interpret policy information in real time, explaining cover and costs clearly
• Work towards sales and performance targets while building strong sales habits
• Perform across multiple systems at once, including online quoting tools and customer records
• Receive regular coaching and feedback, and use it to build confidence and capability over time

• Comfortable working with clear structure and expectations, and you grow into them quickly
• Enjoy working toward goals and seeing your progress over time
• Gain in confidence using systems as you learn the role
• Care about getting customer details right and take pride in accuracy
• Remain calm when calls are challenging and learn how to reset for the next one
• Take feedback on board and use it to keep improving
• Aim to do the right thing by customers while building your confidence
