About the role

As a Membership Consultant, you’ll be responsible for converting enquiries into memberships, conducting club tours, following up leads, and helping drive the continued growth of World Gym Granville.

Your responsibilities

Conduct club tours and convert enquiries into memberships

Follow up leads by phone, text, and email

Achieve and exceed sales targets

Deliver outstanding customer service

Build strong relationships with members

Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area

Work closely with the management team to grow the club

Essential requirements

Previous sales experience is essential

Fitness industry experience is highly regarded

A proven ability to achieve sales targets

Excellent communication and people skills

Bubbly, confident, and professional

Well presented and organised

Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
