About the Role

This isn't a high-pressure sales role where you'll spend your day cold calling or chasing unrealistic sales targets.

Instead, you'll work with customer walk-ins, phone enquiries and online leads, helping customers understand their needs, preparing quotations, following up opportunities and guiding customers to the right trailer solution.

Success in this role comes from delivering outstanding customer service, staying organised and consistently following things through.

No trailer industry experience is required. We're looking for someone who already knows how to look after customers. We'll teach you everything else through structured training on our products, systems and sales process.

You May Already Have the Experience We're Looking For

This role is ideal for someone currently working in customer service, trade sales, retail sales, insurance, telecommunications, automotive parts or account support.

If you're currently working at RAA, Telstra, Datacom, Repco, Burson Auto Parts, Reece, Blackwoods, Stratco, ARB, Bunnings Trade or a similar customer-focused business, we'd love to hear from you.

We're far more interested in your attitude, organisation and customer service skills than whether you've sold trailers before.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer walk-ins, phone enquiries and online leads

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable trailer solutions

• Prepare quotations and consistently follow up sales opportunities

• Manage customer communication through our CRM system

• Build strong customer relationships

• Follow structured sales systems and documented processes

• Take ownership of enquiries from first contact through to delivery

• Work closely with our production and administration teams

Experience in customer service, retail sales, trade sales, automotive parts, insurance, telecommunications or account management will be highly regarded.
