What you will do

Welcome customers enquiring about mobile issues

Basic technical troubleshoot for the handphone and explain it to customers

Investigating and resolving customer complaints, technical problems, or other issues efficiently and effectively

Ensure data entry of keying of customer’s details and mobile details with accuracy

Cooperate closely with technician especially for the handover of mobile handset and customer info

Support logistics team for shipment arrangement when required

What are we looking for

Able to commit 5.5 days working including weekends and PH

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a fast pace work environment

Prior experience in similar industry will be an advantage
