About the role

The incumbent will be joining the team as Assistant Manager – Sales & Customer Service in Cogent Tank Depot Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Cogent Holdings Pte Ltd, one of Singapore's leading logistics management service providers.

Key responsibilities

Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities to achieve sales and revenue targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers

Promote the ISO Tank Depot full range of services

Conduct regular customer visits to understand business requirements and identify new opportunities

Prepare quotations, service proposals and commercial agreements

Negotiate pricing and contract terms in accordance with company guidelines

Coordinate closely with Operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction

Handle customer enquiries, feedback and commercial issues in a timely manner

Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments

Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports and monthly sales performance reports

About you

Minimum Diploma holder in Logistics / Business or related field

3 - 4 years' sales experience preferably in the same industry

Self-motivated and possess drive to meet sales target

Good communication and negotiation skills
