Our client is a well established, highly regarded wealth management firm in the Sydney CBD, working with high net worth families, individuals and business owners. Built over 15 years on strong referrals and genuine client relationships, the business is now entering an exciting new chapter, including a rebrand, a new AFSL, acquisitions and a real push into AI enabled ways of working.
The CEO wears a lot of hats: advising clients, mentoring the team, running operations, and shaping where the business goes next. They need a highly capable right hand who can take real ownership of the details, someone just as comfortable pulling together a board ready report as they are sorting a diary clash or picking up a personal errand.
What You Will Be Doing
Managing the CEO's diary and inbox, turning it into a clear weekly plan
Building and maintaining business and adviser performance reporting
Preparing presentations for leadership and client meetings
Supporting HR, onboarding and performance reviews
Organizing the annual conference, team events and client events
Helping introduce and embed AI tools across the business
Managing suppliers, contracts and day to day office needs
What You Will Bring
Experience as an EA, business support or operations lead, ideally in financial or professional services
Ideally have a financial advice background
Passion for operations and efficiencies
Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Confidence preparing board and client ready materials
A genuine interest in AI and technology, and a willingness to help drive its adoption
Discretion and sound judgement with confidential information
