This well-established Melbourne advisory firm specialises in providing tailored financial advice to a broad range of retail clients including retirees, accumulators and pre-retirees.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Senior Financial Advisor to join their expanding team.

With a focus on innovation and a progressive and supportive culture, this firm has built its reputation on developing long-term client relationships, strategic wealth advice and a disciplined approach to financial planning.

Supported by an experienced paraplanning and administration team, your primary focus will be on client engagement, strategy development and ongoing relationship management.

Duties & Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering tailored financial strategies and holistic advice to new and existing retail clients.

Managing ongoing client relationships and review meetings.

Providing strategic advice across investment portfolios, wealth structuring and long-term financial planning.

Working closely with paraplanning and support staff to ensure efficient and compliant advice delivery.

About You

This role would suit an experienced Financial Advisor who is confident managing client relationships and delivering high-quality financial advice.

You will also possess:

Proven experience delivering holistic financial advice to a broad range of retail clients.

Strong understanding of wealth strategy, portfolio construction and long-term financial planning.

Education and compliance requirements met (FASEA / ASIC standards).

Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

A professional, client-first mindset with strong attention to detail.
