We're seeking enthusiastic and safety-focused Lifeguards to join our vibrant Aquatic Centre team. Whether you're an experienced lifeguard or looking to grow your career in the aquatic industry, this is your chance to work in a fun, active environment where no two days are the same.

As a Lifeguard, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe and enjoyable experience for our community while working alongside a supportive and professional team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supervise pool areas to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all patrons.

• Promote water safety and educate patrons on safe and appropriate behaviour.

• Respond to emergencies, perform rescues, and provide First Aid and CPR when required.

• Maintain clean, safe, and presentable pool surrounds, amenities, and public areas.

• Work collaboratively with the aquatic team to support the efficient and safe operation of the facility

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for confident, community-minded individuals who are passionate about water safety and delivering great customer experiences.

• Current RLSS Pool Lifeguard Certificate (or equivalent), First Aid and CPR certifications.

• Strong knowledge of water safety practices, emergency response procedures, and rescue techniques.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with patrons.

• The ability to remain calm under pressure, work independently, and contribute as part

of a team.

• A current Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (issued within the last six months).
