Working Arrangements

6-days work week

Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM – 5:45 PM (including 1 hour lunch break)

Saturdays: 8:45 AM – 4:00 PM (including 1 hour lunch break)

Working location: Sin Ming AutoCity

Key Responsibilities

Attend to walk-in customers, phone calls, bookings, and general enquiries professionally.

Provide quotations to customers for vehicle servicing and repair works.

Verify warranty and service contract coverage using internal systems.

Coordinate and track servicing and repair jobs from vehicle intake through completion.

Liaise with mechanics, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.

Order spare parts, prepare Purchase Orders (POs), and follow up on parts delivery.

Manage customer expectations and handle complaints or objections professionally.

Explain service, rental, and leasing terms clearly to customers.

Prepare and maintain rental, leasing, sales, and purchase documentation.

Coordinate payment collection and documentation with administrative teams.

Support rental vehicle servicing and maintenance arrangements.

Monitor vehicles undergoing servicing, repairs, or insurance claims.

Assist with vehicle inspections, photography, collection, and workshop drop-offs when required.

Perform other operational duties as assigned by management.

Key Requirements

Class 3 / 3A Driving Licence is compulsory, with at least 18 months of driving experience.

Prior experience in automotive servicing, customer service, leasing, rental, or related fields is preferred.

Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Comfortable handling documentation and coordinating between customers, suppliers, workshops, and internal teams.

Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Positive, proactive, responsible, and solutions-oriented.

Able to remain calm and professional when handling customer concerns.
